<p>1. I love the Flat Abs workout. It&#8217;s easy, simple, quick and if you tighten your muscles really hard like I do during the workout, you are sure to be totally worn out ;D<br />
2. I can manage to get the whole workout put together in one video, instead of lots of lots of &#8220;video-clips&#8221; based on 5, 6 or 7 minutes.<br />
3. Just for the info. I&#8217;m planning to record the whole Cardio Party workout and the Sculpt &amp; Tone workout and put them in the right order, so when you guys are working out, you can just click your way down for the next round ^^ But this will be done when I have the time <img src='http://www.nicesixpack.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
