Other people have significant weight loss and health goals that involve losing fifty or more pounds. <p>This is a just a basic outline of a diet to lose weight. Diets will be unique to individuals. You have to account for allergies and eating preferences, but this article gives a good foundation on which to base your new, chosen lifestyle.</p>
<p>You also have to account for your guilty pleasure food. It is okay to treat yourself to unhealthy food every once in a while. All you need to do is watch the quantity. Have one slice of greasy pizza or one of those mini Hagen Daaz containers. Have a small serving of fries or the smallest bag of candy they have. Also, tell the people you’re close to that you’re trying to lose weight. Often they&#8217;ll help you with your needs and moral support is often the basis of a successful fiet.</p>

When you follow an <a target="_blank" title="Fat Burning Exercise" href="http://www.fatburninganswers.com/informative-articles/fat-burning-exercise">exercise program to lose fat</a>, you need to have a way of eating that enables maximum fat burning to occur.  When you do a fat burning exercise program, you need to eat in a certain way in order to burn fat effectively. <p> If you apply logic to this, you would expect to lose 1 pound of fat from your body by eating 3,500 fewer calories than you expend. Unfortunately, losing fat is not that simple. You will not lose fat, if you try to do so by diet alone.</p>
<p> You will lose weight by doing that. You will lose weight because of a reduction of water in your body and a loss of muscle mass. You will not have lost fat.?</p>

<p> You may think that you are doing well, because your scales tell you about the weight that you have lost.  However, your mirror is a better indicator of how you are doing than your scales.  When you look in the mirror, you will still see the fat around your tummy, hips, thighs, legs or arms or wherever it was when you decided to &#8220;go on a diet&#8221;. <p> To make matters worse, you are likely to regain the weight that you lost when you come off the diet. Because your body needs a certain amount of water to function properly, it restores the amount of water it needs to function, when you come off the diet. Also it is bad for your health to stay long term on a diet that depletes water and muscle mass from your body.</p>
<p> You may say that it is unfair that the body operates in this way. But you need to know how your body operates.</p>

<p>First instalment of diet vs. exercise where Craig Ballantyne and Brad Pilon show you how ineffective cardio is and just how dramatic your calorie intake can be without you knowing it.</p>
<p>The simple truth is; you can&#8217;t out-train a bad diet.</p>
<p>Today, in this contest, Craig Ballantyne is going to run on the treadmill on an incline of .5 and a speed of 10.5 mph for 3 minutes, while Brad Pilon eats pizza and drinks soda pop.</p>
<p>Brad is going to try to consume as many calories as he can in those 3 minutes, while Craig is going to see how many calories he can burn off in that same amount of time.</p>
<p>In 3 minutes, Brad consumed approximately 1000 total calories, while Craig burned only 43 calories.  </p>
<p>Cardio loses against diet.</p>
<p>This just goes to show you, in diet vs. exercise, you can never out train a bad diet. It doesn&#8217;t matter how good your program is, if this is your nutrition, you&#8217;re not going to lose fat.</p>
