You will develop a strong stable core for overall greater fitness and defined oblique (side abs) muscles for that thin waist v-shape look. I motivate you step by step through my entire routine.  I developed this routine after my first child was born to get my stomach back into shape and now I use it to maintain my flat stomach. It will keep you moving and motivated and it definitely works! I am proof of that&#8230;.No special equipment is needed; just a mat to lie on to cushion your back if you have a hard floor. Most abs workout videos don&#8217;t have enough of a workout to really get your muscles working, but this one surely does!
