mostly, it should motivate the heck of you today so you hit<br />
the gym extra hard today or tomorrow.</p>
<p>This video was filmed 4 days before he competed<br />
last weekend at a big fitness model show.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s his FIRST time on camera so he&#8217;s a little shy and I got him<br />
to demonstrate one of his favourite abdominal exercises<br />
for you.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll also meet my good friend, Burok, who demonstrates<br />
a more modified version of this exercise &#8211; also a bit<br />
unusual.</p>
<p>At first you may not think it&#8217;s unusual, but notice how he&#8217;s<br />
supporting his body the entire time and NOT hanging.</p>
<p>This technique makes the ab exercise much more challenging and will get your abs ready for summer!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You must be a regular visitor to the gymnasium if you wish to build your strength and fitness but you must have a good diet to run along side this exercise. If your calorie intake is bad then you efforts will be wasted.</p>
<p>If you eat more healthy foods, protein and the right amount of antioxidants then your results will grow and allow you to grow your abdominals much easier. Some people struggle to get rid of the tummy flab that sits on top of the abs and will sometimes never get the right results.</p>
<p>The best exercises would include sit ups with weights behind the head as this tones the abs alot faster than most others. You must remember to not over do your workout or you may damage the muscles too much.</p>
<p>Once you have done this process until the point of fatigue, give your stomach a rest for 24 hours before doing this again. The muscles will rest and rebuild and is why they will grow after strain or load put on them.</p>
<p>When you have weak muscles in the mid section, you my experience back or leg pain as other muscles will have to carry the load of others. Its vital that your mid section is trained as you need them to support walking, bending and sitting up.</p>
<p>The best advice for having better results with the same exercise is not to do more but to do sit ups slowly and more control. This provides prolonged strain without over doing the actual movement itself.</p>
<p>Have you ever seen the large exercise ball at the gym and wondered what this is used for. It is used to provide your body with more stability and core control when taking part in ab sessions. There are many different ways in which this can be used.</p>
<p>Set yourself a daily routine and try to stick to it with all your might. If you are dedicated to this and remain consistent then you will get the results you deserve. Your friends and family will soon realise the efforts you have put in and you will be praised.</p>
