<p>If you eat more healthy foods, protein and the right amount of antioxidants then your results will grow and allow you to grow your abdominals much easier. Some people struggle to get rid of the tummy flab that sits on top of the abs and will sometimes never get the right results.</p>
<p>The best exercises would include sit ups with weights behind the head as this tones the abs alot faster than most others. You must remember to not over do your workout or you may damage the muscles too much.</p>
<p>Once you have done this process until the point of fatigue, give your stomach a rest for 24 hours before doing this again. The muscles will rest and rebuild and is why they will grow after strain or load put on them.</p>
<p>When you have weak muscles in the mid section, you my experience back or leg pain as other muscles will have to carry the load of others. Its vital that your mid section is trained as you need them to support walking, bending and sitting up.</p>
<p>The best advice for having better results with the same exercise is not to do more but to do sit ups slowly and more control. This provides prolonged strain without over doing the actual movement itself.</p>
