    OK, its all good i just have a comment. Dairy although can be a source of protein for many people it promotes water retention and sometimes thickening of skin and smoothness…its some sort of allergy rather than a result of fat accumulation. So I used to avoid dairy protein sources…THAT however is only useful if you have a problem with dairy….
