I prefer charliejames food tipps more. She never adds any muscle milks or protein shakes to her diet, she only eats “normal”, healthy and natural food and she has an awesome body.

@lilmonkeybutt2007 you cant be a vegan and workout REALLY hard if your a man.. maybe a woman.. but u gotta choose either being vegan or being healthy and in great shape.. im pretty sure theres SOME vegan stuff out there but when your trying to get in shape its all about protein (beef, chicken, fish)

I recently went vegan and started a workout regimen. However, since I’m working out more, I’m worried about getting enough protein after workouts. Should I try to use protein shakes? what do you suggest?
