Here’s a really simple way to explain soccer practice; there is no set rule. You have the option to create drills based on your imagination and experience. In soccer coaching, once the individual activities are finished, group activities should get the attention. Passing and receiving the ball are good drills to practice. The kids conduct in the group activities should reflect team spirit. As a rule, kids naturally take good amount of time from moving on to group from individual and thus adjusting to the notion of team play. You must play a guiding role here. Emphasize the need to support each other in order to win matches.

And also the weak team players should be appropriately guided to play as a team. Such activities encourage brotherhood and team spirit.

Soccer should be played in teams between the kids and with no a goalie. Ask them to target the goal without caring for any rules. Also, instruct them to first attack and then defend. This helps them do their own thing and in the process develop something new.
