    Hi, I’m so glad you like my videos! You can do exercise in the evening; just not too close to your bedtime or it can interfere with your sleep pattern. Also, you lose the benefit of keeping your metabolism up burning calories if you go to sleep afterwards. So day or evening is fine. Try to do 30-40 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of strength training and ab work exercises.

    Amazing!!!…wow..i remember myself last year but being frustrated and depressed will really gain weight and im sad that im bigger now. im 115lbs, unlike before i have 24 to 25 inch waistline.     Hi, unfortunately, you really can’t get rid of them once you have them, they will eventually fade over time and look more whitish. You can try using Mederma. It is sold over the counter and you rub it into your scar or stretch mark and over time is helps fade them to a much less noticeable softer and smoother mark. Hope that helps :o )

    I think it’s two reasons: 1. Good elasticity to my skin due to years of exercise. 2. I gained my pregnancy weight slowly giving my skin a chance to stretch slowly.
