depends on how …
depends on how tight and if your tight hip flexors are causing any alignment problems with your lower spine. I would suggest bending the knee and starting off slow…but if it is to tough skip this and begin with the NAVY seals ab clip…the beginner one. The trick with all of this is to find something challenging which makes you feel good. Everyone is different and these workouts can be customized. ~ahmad
