thats true u may have the muscles but its hidden! u get those guys u can tell have muscle but they also got fat so they just look real bulky and butch instead of defined and detailed.

@gamariel214 Any strength building exercise like the ones in this video must be combined with cardio training and smart eating to get the maximum results. If you did cardio as well as ab workouts, and didnt overeat, youd see *some* results in as little as 4 weeks.
