    @Albasexybuttocks I mean no disrespect but if calorie counting doesn’t work then how have I lost almost 150lbs I eat between 1200 – 2000 during the week when I ate more I weighed 340lbs when I stopped doing that and added exercise I lost weight.

    I think people Eat more food when they quit smoking to compensate for their habbit. I heard that nicotine reduces hunger also. Smoking high quality marijuana before training helps to mentally get you into the workout. You may loose some endurance towards the end, but the “high” makes the weights feel more like an extension of your arm. Try it. It worked for me.

    I work out really heavy from Monday-Friday.
    The question I had was, on Monday I’ll work my chest out and then on Tuesday my chest is really sore. On Tuesday’s I work out my triceps and some of the exercises (like dips) work my chest out a little as well. Is this in any way harmful to my chest muscle?
