1. Watch your diet

2. Get resistance training
This is another useful component. Adding resistance exercises is a must. Weights is a good place to start. You may wish to use a gym system. Calisthenics are also useful here.
3. Varied intensity (interval) training
You’ll get great results with this. Basically it means that you should vary the intensity of your exercise routines Interval exercising sees you going at your exercises at different intensities. All you do here is to simply mix things up when you exercise. When doing road work for instance, don’t just jog steadily for twenty minutes. Jog, then run, then walk, the run again. Continue in this vein. Don’t get your body comfortable in a routine.
