Just a little more time and summer will be here and most everyone wants to go to the beach and show off their flat bellies. You wish you were one of those people right? Really, what can possibly go wrong with trying to climb a flight of stairs? Important thing to consider is consistency. You should do it often enough! Start with taking a brisk walk at the park until you feel comfortable enough to jog. Do brisk walk and jogging alternately until you get strong enough to run without feeling like you could die any moment. Jogging can be alternated with brisk walking.

On any type of exercise, make sure to listen to your body and how it feels every time you increase the intensity of the workout. Always do warm up exercises!
