You do these 3-5 times each week. Beginners can start with 3 times and work up to 5 times. After 1 week, move onto the second week in the series and do that routine 3-5 times. Good luck guys! Work your way into shape so you can join TEAM ATHLEAN and get your entire body looking more “pro-athlete” ready!

I saw a couple of your vids and I’m amazed at how many variations of ab exercises there are. I can see a little of my abs but they are not yet full blown 6 pack abs. I’m going to start today and in 12 weeks will comment on your last abs workout vid and see if I saw significant results.

    Im in very good …
Im in very good shape. Week 1 seemed way to easy so I decided to do two weeks of week 2 routine then 3,4,5 etc….. until I hit 12. yesterday was my first day. I did all 5 back to back with a 1 minute break at the end then repeated the circuit. Im sore as today. I would do the circut and if you can’t complete it then break and finish. If your pushing yourself you will see results. These exercises are killer!

tarsen…either of the ways u described are ok im not an expert but once u do 2 sets of each exercise in either of d ways u described will work im pretty sure off that..as regards how many times u complete each workout i read on one of these washboard wednesdays b4 that if u can do each workout twicw in a row then do it…but most beginners like myself n prob yourself will be shot after completing one complete workout!

    Jeff, one question

    Jeff, one question

for these workouts up to week 12:

when it says 2 sets of 12-15 (or as varies from exercise to exercise), does that mean:

to do 1 set for each exercise, and then start over at the beginning of the cycle and do the other sets?

    or

to do 2 sets in a row for an exercise, then move onto the next and do its 2 sets. And THEN once you do all of the sets, start over at the beginning of the cycle and do another 2 sets of each?

get what i mean? just wondering how to do routine.

  25. JDCav24 says:

    Try to keep the …
Try to keep the rest time to a minimum for best results. Work up to almost no rest, but if you’re strength won’t allow that in the beginning….no worries, just keep trying to improve. If you can’t do one of the given exercises you can substitute one that you can do (but is still challenging!)
