Standing Abdominal exercises.
Very different from most abdominal exercises you usually do.
They develop both strength and flexibility in your whole spine not just the abs or obliques.
Take your time and will develop great abdominal strength and flexibility. Start with slow and limited range of motion in your abs. This is a new tipe of ABS training. Do a conventional abdominal and other core exercises first. Exercises for abs and exercise for abdominals

Thank you for your comments. This is Paul Zaichik’s video that he has contributed to BodyWeightCulture.
I would do each exercise 2-3 times in each direction as the warm up and then 5-10 times. After a week or two when you are ready, you can do 2 and then 3 sets of 5-10 repetitions.
