Instructions for week 1:

Perform each exercise for the recommended time below with 25 seconds break in between sets. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Recommended time:

Beginners: 20 seconds
Intermediate: 30 seconds
Advanced: 45 seconds

Note: Perform this workout 3x for week 1

Exercises:

-Pushups
-One DB Squat

-Forward DB lunges

    most of these excersises isnt even touching the abdominal muscles, so why include them in a ab-video? You should work out other muscle groups other than the abs as well if you want to get a complete workout, but including biceps, triceps, deltpoids, pectoralis etc wont help you get a six-pack…so this vid is a bit misleading…

    Age doesn’t matter kid you put forth the effort you will get the results. But your body isn’t fully developed yet so it might take more.

    lol. you guys can try this but you won’t get much of a result. Because you can’t do the same workout every day of the week your muscle needs to rest. One day a week is good enought unless abs three days a week.
