    Don’t eat less, but eat healthier and low to non fat meals. Do lots of cardio. Weight lifting doesn’t burn much fat. You can increase your metabolism by eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals, as long as you exercise too.

For the first month try to avoid eating too much meet and the greesy stuff, the amount of proteins you body need per week is a piece of 6″ beef or “chicken”. and the most important part is running at least 20 minutes a day. This is something you need to do for the rest of you’r life to stay healthy good luck.

    don’t listen to what people have been saying about diet sodas, there’s no scientific proof that drinking a normal amount (anything up to 24 cans!!) will do you any harm. source: kinesiology student at mcmaster, my nutrition prof came to class every day with a diet coke lol

    Push ups and sit ups every morning – Cruches, both forward and reverse, take the stairs instead of the elevator. No candy, no alcohol, limit the carbs and red meat.

    I lost weight by simply cutting out carbs except for dinner, drinking lots of water, doing ab crunches and getting rid of junk food. Know im happy with my body….so are the girls
