Trying to get visible abs can be frustrating and difficult. Especially when you’re not sure how to get a 6 pack. It’ll have you wondering, “How can I get visible abs”. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips on getting visible 6 pack.
That way, you will have a great looking mid section.
The tips on getting visible abs are:
1. Exercise. In order to get a 6 pack that people can see, you need to be sure to work on them. There are exercises that will allow you to get them faster. The exercises you should do that will help your abs show are hanging leg raises, crunches, incline sit up, and full crunches.
You should do ab exercises at least 3 times a week.
2. Cardio. This is another tip that will help you get visible abs. You should do cardio at least 2 times a week. This will help you get rid of belly fat, which will help your abs become more visible. The cardio exercises that you can do includes jogging, taking a fitness class, running, swimming, or riding your bike around your neighborhood.
3. Eat frequently and healthy. This will help you burn fat that’s covering your abs. So, make sure you eat every two hours. The foods you should eat are red apples, whole wheat breads, lean meats and fish, cottage cheese, yogurt, and dark green veggies.
Also, make sure you drink plenty of water and one cup of green tea a day.

Any tips on getting visible abs by June 2009?
Does anyone have a step-by-step guide of having visible abs by June next year? I’d like to tone up by then. I have some faint abs that can be seen when breathing in but they’re not really visible enough. I don’t want HUGE abs of bodybuilders but just some decent abs.
I’m a complete vegan so I don’t eat meat, eggs, fish, cheese, seafood. I get my protein supplements from the National Health Service which give me the vitamins, nutrients and protein I miss from foods such as meat, fish etc, it’s a protein supplement.
My diet consists of vegetables mainly but I tend to enjoy the high carbs such as Jacket potatoes but easily avoidable.
My exercise routine? Damn.. I play football once in a while and I work hard with my job but that’s about my only routine but I have no problems joining the gym.
I’ll give you an example of what I eat usually on a working day;
Breakfast: 2 Hashbrowns, 2 toast, beans and mushrooms
Lunch: Jacket Potato with perhaps spaghetti
Tea: Fried vegetables (mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, garlic in olive oil)
Any tips of anything that I need to change?
Way to many high starch carbs! The key to seeing abs is totally diet. You could do crunches all the live long day, and never see your abs if you eat a ton of starchy carbs. Have you considered adding a whey protein shake to your diet? This would give you more protein. I hardly see any protein in what you listed above. Muscle needs protein to grow.
Morning Star Farms (veg), has a bunch of options for protein-such as black bean burgers. This would be a WAY better lunch on an Ezekial bread bun, than a potato and spaghetti. Put some fresh salsa on it, and it is SO yummy! You can microwave those for 1 minute and they are done. Morning Star Farms has lots of different options.
You also need more green veggies. Might as well cut out the corn, because it is basically a useless food-not much as far as nutrition in corn.
So overall, cut out a lot of the starch (potatoes mainly), make sure you are eating WHOLE grains (not whole wheat, but 100% whole grain), and up the protein with whatever it takes!! A great balance for someone looking to cut fat is: 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30 % healthy fats-all based on your caloric intake for the day.
