When you perform crunches with resistance you can possibly hypertrophy your abdominals so they will show with a higher body fat percentage.

These are best used to strengthen the abdominals and are a good mixture to use with body weight, floor or exercise ball abdominal exercises.

You can lower your butt further toward the floor if you want to use more resistance.

Make sure your lower back is always in contact with the stability ball during these low cable crunches.
