iv been doing it …
iv been doing it for a mounth now for 4 res oveer two sets with other ab ecsercise and it seems i cant feel it any more

i shake after 5 seconds too but i can hold it for 1 min and 15 secs. Just make sure you breathe well enough to tough it out.

I do these alot b4 it was so hard it still is but ive gotten use to it. I can really feel it in my abs and arms. It’s not only good for your abs it’s also good for your back as well. There great for the abs mostly =)

I did this and started shaking after one minute – i don’t do the plank push ups – just hold the plank position, but my record is 5 minutes – the endorphins are great, and it’s also gd for toning your stomach

I also found that the stress and tension is all in my shoulders and upper arms. That’s where the burn is anyway. However, if you lift your butt up a little higher than your head there is more tension in your abs to remain that way. Unfortunately, there are so many so-called “experts” out there that say this and that is improper form and bad for you. It’s hard to know what’s correct.
What is failed to …
What is failed to mention in the video is that in the ideal plank you conract your abs and glutes as much as you can during the count. Thats where the “real work” comes from is the flexing.
