    Hey Thanks Guys. That helps. I am really trying to work on my diet but I do exercise most days of the week for about 40-45 min. I am a full time student and there is way too much stress. During exam times, I find myself eating really bad. So in 2004 I used to weight about 120lbs and now 150lbs: ( :(

    diet is where you see abs. exercise helps develop your abdominal muscles so they can be more pronounced, but to loose that fat you need to get your diet up to snuff.

    idk whats hard about it? whole grains, veggies, fruit. veggies are best- raw is the best steamed is next cooked is aight but canned is never. lean meats your meat should either run fly or swim.. pigs and cows don’t really do neither fish is really good nuts real peanut butter
