LOL. This is dumb. If you want good diamond hard abs like me (8), do a harder workout.
Here’s how I got my 8 pack in 2 weeks with a balanced diet.
150 pushups (in sets of 25, 15 second rest)
then.. 150 situps (sets of 25, 10 second rest)
500 starjumps (sets of 100, 1 minute rest)
300 crunches non stop give it your hardest
then repeat 3 times
vuisit my channel on how to get 6 or 8 pack in 2-5 weeks.
