Is it possible to get six pack abs in a month?

Im 15 just wondering if it’s possible to get six pack abs in a month if so any info on how will be great. Thanks
yeah just do cardio for like an hour EVERYDAY, depending on how much fat you do have, you haven’t said your measurements. so I can’t guarantee.

I don’t think you can get full on six pack abs but i’m sure if you spend a lot of time and effort at the gym for a month, you will see some results. I once worked out at the gym for at least 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, and noticed results but it wasn’t model body hot.

The concept is simple, but putting it into action is not simple at all. It will take dedication, time and patience to get a "six pack" but in the end, the effort is well worth it. You can have the most toned and defined abs but they won’t show through if there’s a layer of fat over them.
