How to get best results for flat abs?

I work out my abdominal area everyday of the week. I do 100+ crunches, 30 leg lifts, and 20 bicycle crunches. I run a mile everyday after working my abs. I’m not seeing results and I’ve been doing this for about 4 months. My abs feel somewhat hard but they don’t look toned at all. I watch what I eat and I try my best to balance my meals. Any suggestions on what I should do to get results? Thank you.

I do the bicycle crunches a lot because it helps tone the whole abdominal area. I also get in the push up position and hold (30 second reps). That works the whole abdominal area as well. If you cut down 30% of your daily fat intake while do all these exercises you will definately see results. I’ve done all of these things and I really notice the results.

    crunches make sure that when you do them you like squeeze your abs and that is how crunches really work well.

    I use to do 500 crunches a day before i recantly broke my wrist and my abs were really coming along.
