How to get flat lower abs quick?

I’m going to Turks and Caicos on January 29. I want to get flat LOWER abs by the time I go. I’m on my school’s basketball team but we don’t work on abs. I hear that if you have an athletic body, crunches can give you a fake belly. HELP!

The lower abs are often the last place people lose fat -

Generally, any kind of leg lift will focus more on your lower abs, and a crunch or sit up will put more focus on the upper abs.

    First limit your cabohydrate in take. Usually these are pastas, rice and bread. Then increase your diet in foods rich in protein like lean meat, fish and tofu.
