No1 of you will get … No1 of you will get six abs as long as you don’t eat right, that’s what people are to stupid to understand.
You can’t eat candy and chips everyday and think you will get the perfect body.
That’s the idea… … That’s the idea… no workout is supposed to be easy… if it is, you’re either doing a lame workout or you’ve reached a plateau and need to step it up! Hard work = results!
