    Personally I think it’s one of the most effective abs workout exercises, Good God you feel the burn during and the pain the next morning. Although it is a difficult exercise which the majority of people are unable to do, it is defiantly worth trying.

    erm i do quite a bit of abss and i try to do different exercises, but with this one i find it really hard because i swing when im doing them.. and it puts me off so i either get tired quickly or i feel as if im doing the exercise wrong. how can i stop swingin and get the exercise perfect?
