Any good websites with aerobics exercise schedules or workouts?
alright I'm not trying to lose weight guys. I don't need acia berry or whatever. I'm 14 years old 5''4 and 115 pounds so I'm actually pretty skinny. What I want is something that will help the brain or something because I have ocd and my psychologist said aerobic exercise would help…

Edit: Given the additional details, I would suggest going out for sports at school. That's precisely why sports exist – to give kids a safe outlet for their excess energy. Track season is just starting up, and its a no-cut sport at most schools. I'm surprised your psychologist didn't suggest it.
