How can lose my stomach fat without going any diet and abs exercises?


Well, you do need to do some exercise, and may need to change your diet. If you are slim everywhere else, it could be something specific you are eating, which is causing bloating. I cut out supermarket 'quick bake' bread, and replaced it with homemade bread, or traditionally baked (i.e allowed to rise twice) – my waist measurement reduced by two inches in a week. However, you do need to make sure your calorie intake is not too high.

    you can buy this kind of belt goes w.e u want to lose some fat, its like a steamer. makes it hot.. sweat the fat off. its quite good.. just look for something like that on the internet

    You need to burn more calories than you take in. Despite what you may think from watching infomercials on ab products, you can't spot reduce your abs with crunches. Find some form of physical activity that you will do consistently and do it. If you are not going to eat less, you will have to exercise more.
