The “Hanging Knee Up’s” abdominal exercise is the ultimate athletic exercise that works the entire core. Remember to drive your chin down on the way up, and descend very slow. You will feel your legs worked somewhat with this one. It is an awesome functional, athletic movement for you athletes.
I started doing these types of movements back in 1983. Basic, compound, functional (meaning how your body works in the real world) power-movements for football. leg raises are amazing for abs indeed. Ever since i started doing them I have noticed my core strenght gone up, and it shows through my squatting and deadlifting as the weight has gone up on both exercises since i started training my core.

Cardio and eating healthy is what gets you abs not crazy advanced workouts like this… I got ripped abs from just doing jacknifes, leg lifts and crunches, the rest was just burning off the fat around my abs from 30 minutes of cardio a day and eating right for about a month.
