How do I get flat abs fast?

I need to have flat abs by June 2, 2010. I’m a 14 year old girl who is 5’1 inches tall and weighs 121 pounds. I want to have a flat stomach. What are some exercise tips to get flat abs fast? By the way, do not tell me that I’m too young to be worrying about this kind of stuff.

I just read on this blog that you can start by eating lots of protein like eggs to be specific and lean cut meats like turkey. It also says there that you can try eating tuna and salmon because they’re rich in healthy fats.

You can also try substituting white rice with brown rice.

    If you want to improve the definition, you should do exercises that grow the muscle within your abdominal region. It sounds like you’re already in pretty decent shape, so working on muscle growth will get you the results you want.
