My problem is I burn calories easily and if I don’t have enough calories, I’m tried and hungry all day. I don’t want to just eat empty calories just to have them but I sometimes do because I need something just to maintain through the day. What should I do??
BTW…You should eat on a round plate instead of a square plate — less surface area. :^)

I recently started keeping a journal of what I eat and that really works ! I am able to see what & how many proteins, carbs , veggies and such, that I eat during the day and the whole week.
I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks by keeping a journal !
