Doing cardiovascular exercises (cardio) burns fat. Weight training burns fat. Combining these two burns fat. Doing cardio (with high intensity) & weight training is ideal for fat burning. Ab exercises only make your abdominal muscles stronger. Nothing more. Your other videos like hammer exercise, or the one with the chairs & running. they are good cardio. Seriously?? For example, the exercise with towels is a good one for abdominal muscles but thats not the best way to burn fat. Fact#1: ABS appear when you loose your belly fat. Fact#2: Doing abdominal exercises doesn’t burn fat (I mean it does. But they aren’t ideal for burning fat.)

@ThrashSamurai Yes. Cardio will improve your stamina but you’ll lose fat and muscle. Best way to lose fat quickly and keep as much muscle as you can is by doing High Intensity Interval Training. Jog 15 seconds and then sprint 15 seconds. That’s one set. Do as many as possible. If your legs feel like jelly and you feel like afterwards, you’re doing it right. After you get some stamina switch the intervals to 30/30. If you can’t manage 15/15 at first, jog for a a few weeks then start HIIT.
