    Cardio! I have NEVER used machines or gone to the gym or anything.
    It’s all hard work! Alot of cardio, and eat right. That is what i did. 30 min jogging everyday, eat healthy and do alot of sit-ups / other workouts.
    It’s hard… but still easy, just slap your self in the face and start doing it! :p
