8 Min Abs Workout, how to have six pack: this workout has been designed to specifically work on the abdominal area.
It can be done by anyone who exercises regularly, both men and women.
There are no particular requirements for this module; you just need to know how to do the various exercises properly.
3 Good reasons for doing this module:
1 – Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow.
2 – A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen – and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen.
3 – Toned muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area nearest the muscle, in this case the waist area.

    This is not the way I usually train. I just get in a zoned mind setting and go ape like Wolverine. I’m sure this works too but it just takes more time with the rhythm and breaks and all. It’s also a bit less fun.

    @LuvnULongTime because their whole channel and all videos are based on animation lol. it doesnt make you think. what else do you think works for abs? ab sonic pro maybe or magic pill?? just do the crunches, sit ups and other ab excercizes (like other people do) and you will see the results . oh and get rid of the fat, maybe thats why you cant see your muscles. ^^

    @joaomspereira18 i think it the hardest among all. hold ur hands on your thigh(on backside).during u bend up & unfold down, as u feel u can’t make it, use hand power to make it easier. maybe u also might feel the rhythm of the last one is little faster to follow.in my method, firstly u just try to follow the 30 counts(u can skip some counts when u feel exhausted) with the rhythm. and if u fail to do successfully, do 30times in YOUR rhythm. watch the double crunch video.u r growing up!cheer up !!
