    Great presentation. Is there any value to following the order in which you’ve given? I find the leg raises the most difficult, and I would want to do them first. Would that be okay, at least for starters? And I thought the abs can be worked every day: yes or no?

    @acuna95 very true- the muscles need days of rest between being worked, as this is when the muscles are growing! I recommend doing this every other day or 3 times a week, but also making it a 15 minute workout by repeating it once.
