    @marisolakashortstuff They’re called kinetic bands… I sell them through my website bexlife [dot] com. The link is in the video deion too. I replaced almost every piece of my equipment that I use with my clients with my “total gym in a bag”… I use the upper body bands, the lower body bands, and my Gymboss Timer. I have the combo pack of both sets of bands on sale now!

    @orlisbabe I would add one round of 6 exercises to get a full cardio + strength training workout. That adds up to 18 mins. If you want to get in shape for summer (and lose fat), do this workout along with “Sexy Toned Biceps in Under 12 Minutes” and “Slimmer Thinner Toned Thighs in Under 12 Minutes” (adding one round to each) three times a week. Diet is essential to losing fat. A raw food diet is the easiest way to lose weight fast. Breasts are fat, so as you lose weight, they may shrink.

    I’m also doing your slimmer thighs workout, as I wish to lose the extra chunky look I got going on with them… I wanted to know how often to do this exercise. I’m 18 and my social anxiety and ppl issues are thru the roof so you can bet I won’t be out in public at a park doing these, I’m doing the best I can just in my room. But it’s exhausting. Did the thighs one then this (I got a lot I am very self concious about and I just want the fat GONE!!)

    @hotnov Those are Myosource Kinetic Bands… I sell them on my website bexlife (dot) com. I recommend the TOTAL GYM IN A BAG… it’s really all you need to work out at home and everything fits into a little tiny bag. I use them all the time instead of weights now.

    @KrystinMyrie This workout is EXACTLY what you need, and I’m not just saying that because it’s mine :) I’m a mother of three, and it’s a constant struggle for me to keep my mid-section from “puffing out”. This workout combines resistance training (for toning/muscle-building) with cardio to keep your heart rate up and maximize calorie burn. You dont really need to watch, as im sure they all look the same..hehe..but i have a problem getting rid of my love handles..not losing weight, as i dont really have anymore than 5lbs to lose..its the toning my GUT since having my baby. Is this a good workout for that? Or do you have another workout that would best suit this problem ?

    @candiball I didn’t show in the video that there are other bands that clip on to change the resistance. That’s the most awsesome part… without even taking off the cuffs, you can clip off one set of bands and clip on another. When you think about the cost of weights, medicine balls, etc, these bands (along with the upper body set) are a total bargain… they replace so much. I’m definitely never lugging weights to the park again.
