A better way is to …
A better way is to put both of your feet on a chair when you are doing crunches as you keep your back flat on the floor. After you get use to the chair, your legs will be strong enough to elevate them naturally while you are doing crunches without having to use a chair. For great abs, do crunches and plenty of cardio!
