Hey Jeff, I wanted to ask you i thought peanut butter was pretty fattening, like wouldnt that cover over the abs? And also I’ve been working out for about 4 months and I’ve seen some big improvements, but I need some help with my obliques, any good workouts you know for that? I’ve been doing side crunches on the floor, standing with weights, and hanging leg raises with the twist, i feel this is all i know!! Please and thanks for the help Jeff

Hey If I was you Jeff I would get a different peanut butter. The Jif has Trans fats in it. It might not say it on the nutrition label, but in the ingredients it says Hydrogenated Oil. That’s Trans fat, they don’t have to put it on the label if it’s less than 0.5g. But the Trans fat can sit in your system and build up for a while and take 58 days to leave your body. Just look for another peanut butter like Bee’s Knees that’s what I use they are all natural.

@JDCav24 Alright Jeff. Im really skinny, 16 years old, around 5ft 7-8 and i only weigh 8.3 stone! Can you reccomend anything that will increase my weight but still let me get the muscle that i want? It just seems that no matter what i do i cant gain any weight whatsoever! It’s just a bit difficult to train round your programme which is designed for loosing weight and gaining muscle.

Thank you! I am 15 and my summer break has pretty much just initiated. So that means that, I’ll be home alot and will get hungry. Now after watching this video, I won’t raid the pantry for coco puffs and what not, and instead eat healthy snacks like these.
