Good video and well explained. I like the use of the bench to get that extra stretch on the rectus abdominus muscle but you gotta becareful of your back if your gonna do that.

hey moey,ur right about how to lose fat, but the reason for most exersizing or at least for me is to have muscles and abs,not just a flat skinny stomach

exercise is only 50% of it, nutrition is really the key to losing weight, your body with no exercise will burn between 1500 and 2000 calories every day, so think if you’re not eating as much as ur body is burning, and then you incorporate exercise, thats when you see results at a faster rate, people can be strong and super fit, but still have that “pudgy look” which is usually attributed to their diet.
